MS is so full of itself that it exists in four different forms. Of those four, Progressive-Relapsing MS is the most rare, affecting only 5% of those diagnosed. It gets steadily worse from the beginning, with acute relapses (unpredictable flare-ups of symptoms) but no remissions (periods of time when symptoms either calm or disappear), making it arguably the most unfair course of the disease.
