Babinski Reflex
Think about the last time someone scraped the bottom of your foot (kinda weird but go with it). Did your toes flex downward or fan upward? If you answered upward, you most likely exhibited the Babinski Reflex. This is often used to test MS, as an upward extension is most likely associated with an issue in the brain or the CNS.
