Ageusia
If your after-dinner treat tastes less sweet than normal, you might be experiencing ageusia, a loss of taste functions on the tongue. Which means you lose the ability to distinguish what is sweet, sour, bitter, or salty. You don’t, however, lose the ability to take that food pic.
